A unique opportunity is presented to work in a highly rewarding role in Mental Health, based at a premier wine region, located 2 hours North of Adelaide. Enjoying a good work life balance and a rural lifestyle, you will provide mental health services as part of a fantastic multidisciplinary team. The core focus of your role will include triaging new referrals, specialist Mental Health assessment, clinical handover and referral. You will monitor consumer care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved on a daily basis.
Registered as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, you will hold a current practising certificate. You must also hold a relevant postgraduate qualification in Mental Health practice. With substantial community mental health or mental health triage experience, you will bring to the table demonstrated competence in Mental Health nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will have experience working with Youth, adult and older adult consumers. Creative, innovative and flexible, you will have the ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision.
