Seeking a self-motivated individual with exceptional organisation skills, you will demonstrate knowledge and skill in assessment, care and routine procedures for area of practice. Contributing to quality improvement, you will provide assistance to other members of the health care team in provision of care to individuals/groups, including overseeing the work of an AIN/M and students.
Enrolled as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, you will hold a current practising certificate. Your well developed interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to work within a team framework and communicate effectively and empathise with patients, including people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Enthusiastic and passionate about providing quality care, you will have experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. It is essential that you have working knowledge of, and experience as an Enrolled Nurse within the healthcare setting. Experience in assisting with quality improvement activities within a healthcare setting is highly desirable and will be an asset that will set you above the competition.
