You will apply your clinical experience, specialised knowledge and professional judgement to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive and integrated range of mental health services appropriate to the needs of the Eyre Flinders and Upper North community. Working within National Mental Health Standards, and supporting the implementation of the Mental Health Reform, you will work under limited supervision to co-manage complex cases with other mental health workers. You may provide direction to less experienced professional officers, para professionals and students working within a recovery framework in mental health. As a member of the multidisciplinary team including health professionals and service providers from other sectors, you will utilise a combination of preventative, early intervention and treatment/therapy based approaches to ensure good clinical outcomes are achieved by the consumer group.
