$70,000 to $80,000 per annum

 Skills and Experience required

  • Registered Nurse Division 1 
  • Previous experience in Aged Care
  • A current AHPRA registration
  • Genuine interest in and respect for the unique personality, history and values of the clients
  • Possess a compassionate, caring and supportive nature  
  • Strong leadership and communication skills  
  • Excellent clinical documentation practice  
  • In depth understanding of ACFI  
  • Be committed in ongoing clinical excellence  
  • Display a relationship centred approach to care and supervision

About the role:

 Reporting directly to the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be leading a highly motivated team of Personal Carers and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses. You will oversee comprehensive care in accordance with the individual needs of the Clients, implement and evaluate the care plans, maximise ACFI and ensure compliance to the Aged Care Legislation & Accreditation Standards. You will liaise with clients, families and medical professionals, and are encouraged to initiate and participate in innovative projects.
