A brilliant opportunity not to be missed, this is a rare opportunity to lead, influence, and support the ongoing design and build of the EMR Program to ensure the solution is fit for multidisciplinary and multi-site/service application. Able to actively engage stakeholders and ensure the successful adoption of the EMR solution, you will work directly with site staff to drive change processes to embed the use of Sunrise EMR and PAS as part of daily work processes, using the EMR Project's Implementation and Business Change strategy. You will support site staff through the change process to review and develop workflows that will support their work practices, as well as support Clinical Specialist Groups to review and develop existing and new content in Sunrise EMR and PAS. In addition, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure contemporary information and evidence is integrated to ensure Sunrise EMR and PAS continues to support the delivery of save and efficient clinical care.

Registered as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, you will hold a current practising certificate with notable post registration experience. Your clinical experience combined with your project experience will hold you in good stead for this role. A confident relationship builder with effective leadership skills, you will have a proven track record in a mid to senior level clinical or non clinical role.
