About the Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth in the aged care industry, Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care Group now has an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Governance Manager (Clinical Aged Care) to join their team in Bega, NSW, on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for leading and developing governance standards and initiatives, in order to establish a unified best practice approach across SCCAC's range of services. You will be overseeing their service delivery methods and working with the training and quality teams to deliver high quality outcomes that align with industry standards and accreditations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with managers to ensure the highest standard of service delivery and outcomes within budget, complying with relevant legislation and care standards;
* Offering support and advice to managers and care managers regarding clinical care and people management;
* Managing human resources to meet the service needs of the organisation;
* Establishing and maintaining organisational policy and procedures; and
* Supporting the ACFI teams to maximise claims to meet the service needs of the organisation.
