We are seeking motivated and professional Registered Nurses to join the nursing teams within the Division of Paediatric Medicine at the Women’s & Children’s Hospital. Positions are available in a number of units. Assessing individual patients’ needs, you will plan, implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options. With a commitment to delivering the highest standard of nursing, you will be willing to participate in quality assurance or evaluative research activities within the practice setting. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with all members of the nursing team including Enrolled Nurses, Student Nurses and other staff to provide excellent nursing care.

You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. With experience in nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards, you will have effective communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. With the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting.
