Seeking a passionate, dedicated and resourceful individual who thrives on a challenge, you will be responsible for leading, influencing and supporting the ongoing design and build of the EMR Program to ensure the solution is fit for multidisciplinary and multi-site/service application. Using the EMR Project's Implementation and Business Change strategy, you will work directly with site staff to drive change processes to embed the use of Sunrise EMR and PAS as part of daily work processes.
You will support site staff through the change process to review and develop workflows that will support their work practices, as well as support Clinical Specialist Groups to review and develop existing and new content in Sunrise EMR and PAS. Furthermore, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure contemporary information and evidence is integrated to ensure Sunrise EMR and PAS continues to support the delivery of save and efficient clinical care.
Registered as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, you will hold a current practising certificate with notable post registration experience. Able to be self-directed within project deliverables, you will demonstrate experience in a mid to senior level clinical or non-clinical role within the specified area of expertise. Effective leadership skills are instrumental to your success in this role, including well developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation. You will have a proven track record as a leader or manager in the health industry. In addition, you will bring significant experience in implementing complex projects within the health care industry.
