As a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care and individual case management to patients on a shift by shift basis in a variety of clinical settings.

In this key role, you will assess individual patient needs, plan and implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options, in addition to providing health education, counselling and rehabilitation programs to improve the health outcomes of individual patients or groups. Furthermore, you will contribute to procedures for effectively dealing with people exhibiting challenging behaviours.
To be considered, you must be registered as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practising certificate. Creative, self-motivated with a positive attitude, you will bring to the table demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing and/or Midwifery practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. Practising as an independent first-class professional, you will possess the proven ability to work with people with a range of diverse value systems, cultural differences and special needs. Sound knowledge and understanding of the role of the Registered General Nurse/Midwife within a healthcare setting will also hold you in good stead for this role.
This is a part time vacancy, working 64 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
