About Ravenhall Correctional Centre - Ravenhall Correctional Centre is a medium security men's prison which opened in late 2017 in Ravenhall, Victoria. - Ravenhall will redefine the role of the modern prison. About the Opportunity - Ravenhall will have the largest clinical team within a correctional centre in Victoria and provides a fantastic opportunity for Clinicians who want diversity within their role and are interested in developing and using a broad clinical knowledge base and skill-set. - As a Clinician at Ravenhall, you will have an opportunity to work with different cohorts of offenders and be able to deliver clinical interventions both in the prison and the community. Some of your other duties may incl ude (but will not be limited to): - Undertaking various assessments including functional behaviour assessment, structured clinical interviews, risk assessments and psychometric testing; - Providing individual cognitive-behavioural interventions to address issues such as distress, offending behaviours or other treatment needs as well as reintegration; - Co-facilitating group interventions targeting criminogenic needs such as treatment readiness, violence, substance abuse as required; - Managing clinical data entry into identified systems effectively and efficiently; and - Inspiring and motivating others, communicating professionally while working harmoniously and collaboratively within the team.
