The Assessment and management team (AMT) provides a key function within the Auckland Regional Public Health Service (ARPHS). AMT consists of a multidisciplinary team and manages receipt of notifications (of notifiable diseases), the initial triaging and the reporting of environmental events. The AMT also provides public health advice to health practitioners, local bodies, other public health bodies and the general public. An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the AMT.
