A unique opportunity exists for a highly skilled clinician to expand their business and management skills working with an experienced and motivated team. The Clinical Team Leader is a pivotal role in building a clinical business model to grow and expand multidisciplinary clinical services across the broader Hunter community and ensure that the service supports hospital avoidance, post-acute services and general community nursing. They will be responsible for promoting the capability and services of the team of clinical practitioners while providing strong leadership and line management. Well-developed interpersonal skills, the ability to network with allied health, nursing and medical specialists and a passion for clinical excellence in the community are essential for this key position.
