Your new career awaits! NWRH now has fantastic opportunities for two Aged Care Facility Managers based in Doomadgee or Normanton, Queensland. These roles are offered on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Aged Person's Hostel including the delivery of quality care, lifestyle and accommodation for NWRH residents. You will be a capable and practical manager with the capacity to function at a very high level in isolated surroundings and with minimal support. You will be an effective team leader, keen to develop the skills and capacity of your staff, while maintaining sensitivity to diverse cultural issues. Your demonstrated ability (or means to learn) to develop systems, plans, protocols and frameworks to support the evolution of sustainable and quality programs will be pivotal to your success. Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration will be viewed favourably.
