Why should I use the work wanted service?  As a recruiter, its easier to search a database of people you know are currently looking for work rather than a more generalised approach with ads.  It lowers your search costs and means you have a greater pool of talented people to recruit from.

What information do NursingJobs release to Work Wanted users?  In order to encourage people to register their work wanted details we provide them with feedback as to how many times an agency has viewed their ad.  This reinforces to them that genuine recruiters are looking for genuine employees. 

Can I rely on the work wanted ads I see?  Yes.  The ads are posted by fully registered users of the Work Wanted system.  If any one abuses the system we can immediately de-register them.

What do I do when I wish to contact a potential candidate?  Because we require that the initial contact is kept confidential you must use our contact form.  The form generates an email with your organisation's details automatically filled in.  All you need to do is write a short statement telling the candidate about the job and if they are interested, then for them to contact you.  You receive a duplicate email copy of any approaches that you make for your records.

Will you know if the candidate has read your email?  No.  This is to preserve confidentiality of the recipient.

Do candidates have to reply to my approach?  No.  They have the option of responding or not.  However, if they do decide to respond, then you will be able to correspond directly with the candidate.  There is no need to use the NursingJobs form.

How long do Work Wanted ads last?  For 60 days.  Its is up to user to keep their ad fresh.  We encourage users to expire their ads if they are no longer looking for work.  Users are free to renew their ad at any time.

What does it cost my company?  All corporate subscribers have access to the search the Work Wanted service.  The minimum level is the Small Corporate Profile.  Casual advertisers do not have access to this service.

What if I have a problem with the service?  Please contact us with details of the problem and we will investigate as soon as possible.
