The work wanted service is completely anonymous until YOU wish to reveal yourself to a potential employer.  Employers will search our database of information supplied by you.  If they think you are suitable they will send you an email using our special form asking you to contact them.  Its up to you to email them back if you wish.  

Please note:  Employers cannot contact you unless you have composed a headline and ad.
